Back in September, Google previewed a new AR Translate feature for Lens that takes advantage of the technology behind the Pixel’s Magic Eraser. Ahead of that, Google Translate has replaced its built-in translation camera with Google Lens. Besides visual search that has various shopping, object, and landmark identification use cases, Google Lens is good at lifting text for real-world copy and paste. That “Text” capability goes hand-in-hand with the “Translate” filter that can overlay your translation over the foreign text in the scene to better preserve context....

Update: A day later and H1z1 on PlayStation 4 is now at 4.5 million downloads and climbing. The Devs had added duos mode to the game via an uppate. Developer Daybreak Games has announced that the H1Z1: Battle Royale open beta on PlayStation 4 has already been a success. In just a 24-hour timespan, the free beta was downloaded over 1.5 million times by players worldwide. The third-person shooter is expected to release later this year, and this was the first step towards bringing it to consoles....

CMON Games has announced a new tabletop game based on Dragon Ball Z, slated for release in 2020. The announcement comes as part of CMON’s larger presence at San Diego Comic Con this year.
