One very dedicated fan of the television series LOST has recreated its famous island setting in Far Cry 5. While the television show may be off the air now, LOST managed to capture the attention of audiences from 2004 through 2010 on ABC. The J. J. Abrams series received critical acclaim for its storytelling and its many twists throughout. The series finally ended after six seasons and over 100 episodes but fans have continued talking about the series ever since.

Among the many features in Far Cry 5, one of the most impressive is its map editor, and a fan used that (in addition to plenty of reference material) to recreate the iconic setting. PlayStation 4 owners can download the fan-made map under the name “LOST TV Series,” and check it out in action thanks to a 20 minute video the creator uploaded online.

The map creator, who goes under the username Un-Break-Able, detailed the map making process on his YouTube channel. “In regards to accuracy some assumptions had to be made,” Un-Break-Able had explained. One such assumption dealt with the island’s Hydra Station. “We saw many of these rooms, but how they were organized and connected in the complex was impossible to determine exactly.” Nevertheless, the fan did the best he could to create a very accurate interpretation and his hard work clearly paid off.

This isn’t actually the first time that gamers have been able to explore the LOST island. Back in 2008, a video game called Lost: Via Domus was released for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC. Sadly, the Ubisoft-developed title was quite underwhelming due to a short length and some pretty bland puzzles that players were forced to solve. That means this fan-made Far Cry 5 map might actually be the best way to check out the setting in a digital realm.

While awesome, this fan-made LOST map is far from the only reason that gamers would want to check out the new adventure-shooter. Far Cry 5 broke franchise sales records for a reason, after all, and it has a ton of replayability thanks to fan-created content. In addition to the LOST recreation, one other really cool map that recently surfaced recreates the Baker household from Resident Evil 7. The Ubisoft-crafted open-world game also features plenty of pop culture easter eggs for dedicated fans to spot, including a really cool IT reference, so there’s surely a lot to see besides being stuck on the LOST island for a few years. Then again, if you’ve been itching to go back to the island for some time, this might be the best way for players to do just that. Far Cry 5 is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
