Frozen was a groundbreaking success for Walt Disney Animation - an iconic film studio that started to see a strong resurgence in quality and commercial success in the late 2000s and early 2010s. While animated films such as Tangled and Wreck-It Ralph were undoubtedly successful, neither was quite as popular as 2013’s Frozen, which was written by Jennifer Lee and directed by Lee and Chris Buck....

Grey’s Anatomy has shown insane levels of longevity as far as the history of television is concerned. The show is now in its fifteenth season and has no signs of cancellation or an upcoming series finale. It has attained invincible status like Supernatural where only the main character’s departure will spell a definite end. Seattle Grace has turned into Seattle Grace Mercy West, which then turned into Grey Sloan Memorial. Across all these years we’ve seen characters come and go, with only a handful of originals left....

The resounding success of Guardians of the Galaxy back in 2014 was great for all involved and it now appears the film has accomplished another feat. For being a fairly lighthearted Marvel Studios film, full of action and comedy, some may not have seen this coming, but the film is actually quite deadly. Fans of the Fast & Furious franchise should be prepared to love Hobbs & Shaw according to star Dwayne Johnson. The Rock made his debut as Hobbs in the franchise in Fast Five and immediately became the center of spinoff talks thanks to the reception of his character. He’s made four appearances overall and after all that time, a spinoff is finally the next step. As evident by its title, Hobbs & Shaw will pair Johnson up with Jason Statham’s Deckard Shaw, a previous villain in the franchise who turned good in The Fate of the Furious....

An early version of the Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker script addressed the controversial return of clone Emperor Palpatine. Directed and co-written (with Chris Terrio) by J.J. Abrams, the film served as the final installment of the Skywalker saga - and as the master manipulator behind the events of its preceding trilogies, also marked Darth Sidious coming back at the franchise’s forefront. Confirmed at last year’s Star Wars Celebration in Chicago, much of the specifics of Palpatine’s return was cloaked in mystery leading up to The Rise of Skywalker’s release....

Spider-Man: Far From Home turned Happy Hogan into a better Uncle Ben-figure than Tony Stark was for Peter Parker. Since the wall-crawler joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe, many of his classic comic book tropes (which were hallmarks of Sam Raimi and Marc Webb’s Spider-Man movies) were abandoned in order to create a Spider-Man who was very specific to the MCU. Uncle Ben was left on the wayside; he certainly existed and died in the past but his influence on Peter’s life as Spider-Man has been minimal....

The first set photos have emerged of the reunited and retooled cast for ABC’s revival of the classic sitcom Roseanne. One of the highest-rated shows on TV for most of its original nine-year run, Roseanne brings back almost the entire cast that made it such an enormous hit. That includes John Goodman as Dan Conner, the father who originally died of a heart attack in the 1997 series finale but has been revived along with the show itself....

Friends has become an iconic sitcom that has definitely lived beyond the 1990s. Of course, fans certainly have their favorite, and least favorite, characters of the gang at Central Perk. This show is hilarious and wholesome, but it’s also full of a mistakes that this group of friends makes throughout their lives. As much as Monica is competitive, ambitious, and the best hostess ever, she certainly has her fair share of mistakes throughout the series....

[This is a review of the Galavant season 2 finale. There will be SPOILERS.] - For these past five weeks, Galavant has been an enjoyable spoof of all things medieval and fantasy, while also performing an average of three to four musical numbers per episode. That the series manages to squeeze in as much quality entertainment as it does in a 22-minute runtime is impressive, and especially on what is likely a meager budget at best....

In this incarnation, while Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz) grows up in Wayne Manor on his way to becoming the Dark Knight, out in the city Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) has been risking his life and reputation to fight crime and corruption wherever he finds it....

The third official trailer for Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice surprised fans with the amount of presumed spoilers on display. The film expands the DCEU in a major way, introducing Ben Affleck’s Batman, Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman, and the new trailer underlined the subtitle’s lack of ambiguity: the film will lay all the framework for 2017’s Justice League. While some of the other traditional Justice League heroes will also be introduced in Batman V Superman – such as Aquaman (Jason Momoa), Cyborg (Ray Fisher), and maybe Barry Allen/The Flash (Ezra Miller) – one key member will still likely be missing: some version of Green Lantern....
