The Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling (aka. GLOW) are back this summer, and Netflix shared a first look at what they’re up to in season 3 in addition to the premiere date. The first two seasons of the ’80s-set comedy followed estranged friends Debbie Eagan and Ruth Wilder as they began making the show-within-a-show, GLOW. The show also features Sam, an unsuccessful movie director, and Bash, the show’s producer and announcer. After two seasons of setbacks, the wrestlers and behind-the-scenes team finally got a break with an offer for a Las Vegas residency....

Apple’s mobile web browser is the main lightning rod of this year’s iOS 15 beta period and it remains to be seen whether it will actually launch in the fall. Chrome for Android tried a similar Safari on iOS 15 redesign years ago, and a designer on that project provided some interesting insight into why Google abandoned it. Safari on iOS 15 has what Apple calls a “new tab bar design” where the address field and other key actions are placed in a strip at the bottom of the screen, just above the system gesture bar....

There is so much drama created in each episode that has fans hooked right from the start. Fans laugh and cry along with the characters in the show as they experience a multitude of emotions. Meredith Grey is a fan favorite among viewers which is why it is not surprising that plenty of fan art exists depicting her in various lights....

Mission: Impossible - Fallout is unique in the franchise for being its first direct sequel. Previous movies retained some secondary characters but were mostly standalone adventures. This time, Tom Cruise’s Ethan Hunt (joined by Simon Pegg’s Benji, Ving Rhames’ Luthor and Rebecca Ferguson’s Ilsa) have a returning villain (Sean Harris’ Solomon Lane) continuing his personally-motivated plot for world domination....

Avengers: Endgame is getting a re-release with extra surprises at the end of the credits, but that still may not be enough to top Avatar’s all-time global box office record. Released in 2009, James Cameron’s sci-fi epic proved all of the naysayers wrong with an incredible run that eventually totaled $2.788 billion worldwide. The film had uncommonly strong legs during its box office run; it opened with $77 million domestically and stayed in the top 10 for a whopping 14 weeks....

Facebook announced on Monday that it will bring audio and video calls back to its main app after splitting the social network’s communication features into two separate apps. The change is considered “just a test” and can already be seen by a small group of users. As reported by Bloomberg, Mark Zuckerberg’s company has decided to backtrack and will once again add communication features to the Facebook app. A few years ago, users could send messages to other Facebook users through the social network’s main app....

The latest piece of merchandise for The Last Jedi brings the entire cast together for a cinematic look at the film. With only a few more months before Episode VIII arrives in theaters, Lucasfilm has so far kept promotion to a minimum regarding the film. At this point, we’ve only seen a teaser trailer for the movie, a behind-the-scenes video, and a handful of images. Likely, more marketing is on the horizon, but a number of other sources have illuminated elements of the movie in the meantime....

Netflix has released the first trailer for Wormwood, its upcoming documentary-scripted hybrid series. The six-part show, due out Dec. 15, chronicles the CIA’s deadly LSD experiments that ran from 1953 to 1964. The program, known as MK-ULTRA, involved testing the effects of the drug on hundreds of unsuspecting American civilians and military personnel. A behind the scenes photo from the set of Doctor Who seems to show that the robot dog K-9 will be putting in an appearance in season 11. This is something of a shock, given that the upcoming eleventh season since the series revival in 2005 seemed to be emphasizing a new era for the classic science-fiction series, featuring a new showrunner, three new companions and a brand new Doctor in the form of actor Jodie Whittaker....

Duchovny’s comments come after reports that X-Files will end after the current run of episodes due to Gillian Anderson’s departure. Anderson’s announcement that she is through with Dana Scully came as a surprise to fans, though Anderson herself says she always made it clear that this season would be her last....

The Gundam franchise has proven to be one of the most resilient properties in all of Japan. The Gundam series has been rejuvenating the face of mech series ever since it blasted off nearly 40 years ago. The brand has led to the creation of so many manga, anime, toy lines, and other ancillary streams that it can often be difficult to stay on top of the growing franchise. Many of the bigger Gundam hits, such as Gundam Wingor Iron-Blooded Orphans, can make a name for themselves and stand out amongst the crowd, but there are many other gems that have fallen to the wayside....

Fallout 76 is getting review bombed already, despite only being released today. Fallout 76’s servers went online early, however, so some players have been able to jump online and experience the newest Bethesda-made wasteland ahead of schedule. Fallout 76 is the first entry in Bethesda’s take on the IP that features online multiplayer and a story that isn’t at least partially driven by a main solo campaign. Much has been made of the developer’s decision to dive headfirst into online content without even having had multiplayer modes for the previous Fallout titles, but in previews the game appeared to be succeeding at engaging players nonetheless....
