After much hype and demand, the Time Machine is finally coming to Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot this month. Developer Bandai Namco announced the release date for the much-asked-for feature earlier this week alongside news of March’s 1.05 content patch, which contains a couple of bug fixes for the hit RPG action game. Modeled after the device Trunks famously used to travel to the past during Dragonball Z’s Cell Saga, this time machine will allow players to go back and replay quests and boss battles they’ve already completed, as well as pick up on a few time-specific side missions they missed while going through the main plot....

There’s an awkward debate over 5G happening between U.S. phone carriers and the Federal Aviation Administration. The latest development comes in the form of two new airworthiness directives regarding 5G being adopted by the FAA. AT&T and Verizon acquired C-Band spectrum licenses to expand 5G spectrum before the FAA requested a delay over safety concerns for pilots. Despite approval from the Federal Communications Commission that includes unused spectrum to protect altimeters, the FAA is being lobbied to halt the rollout of expanded 5G spectrum for fear of interference with airplanes....

HBO has released the first full trailer for Paterno, the upcoming drama following the controversy surrounding Penn State football coach Joe Paterno in the wake of the Jerry Sandusky sexual abuse scandal. Starring Al Pacino (under a lot of makeup), Riley Keough, Greg Grunberg, Kathy Baker, and Annie Parisse, the film is directed by Academy Award-winning director Barry Levinson and looks to peer into the internal chaos at the university in the aftermath of the abuse scandal....

Sad news for Friends fans: show co-creator David Crane has confirmed that we won’t ever see Rachel Green, Monica Gellar, Phoebe Buffay, Ross Gellar, Chandler Bing, and Joey Tribbiani together again on the small screen. A staple of NBC’s Thursday night ‘Must See TV’ lineup, Friends ran for 10 years before bidding fans farewell in 2004. So it seems fitting that both characters sit out this subsequent installment of season 2’s “Wrath of the Villains”, allowing Hugo Strange (B.D. Wong) to continue his evolution into the ultimate big bad just in time for the season finale....

Another day brings with it another update to Fortnite’s always-changing Item Shop. There are several items appearing in the January 9, 2019 store changeup that fans will agree are worth checking out. Some of them are quite festive, as the theme of Fortnite season 7 would indicate they should be. Despite the fact that the holiday season has wrapped up, the Slushy Soldier should warm the hearts of players. Then again, the Daily Items don’t quite fit the motif for these updates to the shop, but they rarely do....

Samsung is just a few months out from debuting the Galaxy S23 series, and rumor has it the company’s next-gen flagship will take a note from the iPhone 14’s satellite connectivity, as well as upgrading its fingerprint sensor. In its latest iPhone 14 series, Apple introduced support for satelliteconnectivity. Glee was the kind of show that audiences were waiting for in several ways. It was light-hearted and fun, but simultaneously heavy and melancholic. The series attempted to deal with a vast number of complex topics, with mixed success. But even though it’s over and it definitely had its fair share of flaws, it still marked a generation of teenagers and young adults. There’s nothing to indicate we should be expecting something like Glee to return to our screens, and perhaps that’s for the best....

Superhero spinoff series seem to be a trend these days. First, we got The Flash spinning off from Arrow on the CW. Now that world is expanding even further with DC’s Legends of Tomorrow. Also it seems a Punisher series may spin-off from Marvel Netflix series like Daredevil. Yet another show that has the mythos to warrant a spin-off is DC’s Gotham which airs on Fox. Gotham, based on characters in the Batman mythos of DC Comics, has already explored a large portion of that mythology....
