The G.I. Joe Snake Eyes spinoff movie in the works from Paramount, Hasbro and AllSpark will not star previous Snake Eyes actor Ray Park. Originally announced back in May, the spinoff recently named Robert Schwentke as director, after previously hiring Evan Spiliotopoulos (Beauty and the Beast) to write a draft of the script. The announcements come as Paramount and Hasbro team up to launch a series of movies based on classic toy lines....

Godzilla: King of the Monsters is still six months away, but the plot synopsis of MonsterVerse showdown Godzilla vs. Kong may have already revealed its ending. The MonsterVerse is now on a rampage. After successfully rebooting both Godzilla and Kong, Legendary are moving apace to bringing more Toho creatures to the shared universe, and eventually pitting the two icons against each other. Next May sees the release of Michael Dougherty’s Godzilla 2, subtitled King of the Monsters, which will see Gojira taking on Ghidorah, Mothra and Rodan....
Gotham’s early previews and clips for the show’s third season, subtitled “Mad City,” emphasize madness as a general theme. Gotham City is about to change for the worse, as it will be practically overrun by escaped patients from the Indian Hill experimental facility. Det. James Gordon (Ben McKenzie) apparently won’t have it any easier to start the season, as he appears to suffer through disappointment in his relationship with Leslie Thompkins (Morena Baccarin) not long after leaving the GCPD and going on his own....
These days it seems like every movie studio is looking to find their next franchise film series. Disney has Marvel, Star Wars, Pixar, and their live-action remakes of beloved animated films. Warner Bros. is not too far behind with the DC Extended Universe, the soon to launch Fantastic Beasts saga, Kong: Skull Island - and the sequels/spin-offs that spawns. Of course, Universal (Fast & Furious, Illumiation, etc.) and 20th Century Fox (X-Men) have their own lucrative franchises....

The show has a run of almost 60 years thanks to the Doctor’s regenerative abilities, which allows a new actor to step in and assume the role every few years....
Fake AirPods cost Apple around $3.2 billion, estimates a report today, after US Customs and Border Protection revealed data on seizures in the past nine months. It says that seizures of counterfeit headphones increased from $3.3 million worth in 2019 to $62.2 million worth between October last year and today – and that these are only a fraction of the total made… The Information reports. After releasing two original projects last year in Inside Out and The Good Dinosaur, Pixar is going back to the sequel well in 2016. Finding Dory, the long-awaited followup to their 2003 hit Finding Nemo, is positioned as the studio’s big summer tentpole. Placing the spotlight on the lovable blue tang fish, it tells the story of Dory (Ellen Degeneres) searching for her family. Finding Nemo director Andrew Stanton returned to helm this installment and wrote the script, basing it on an idea he came up with....
Warner Bros. wants you to know they’re not messing around when it comes to promoting their raunchy new comedy Fist Fight. While the film has previously been teased with the traditional green band, approved for all audiences approach, the studio is now taking full advantage of the much more restricted red band trailer’s capability to show off the goods before its release date.
