Legendary and Warner Bros. have big plans for the MonsterVerse well beyond this year’s Kong: Skull Island. In 2019, the studios plan to release a Godzilla sequel titled Godzilla: King of Monsters. This is to be followed up by the MonsterVerse cross-over movie Godzilla vs. Kong, scheduled for release in 2020. And beyond that, who knows what mayhem may be unleashed? King of Monsters thus far has landed a director in Michael Dougherty (taking over for Gareth Edwards) and a young, leading cast member in Stranger Things’ Millie Bobby Brown....

Season 3 of DuckTales premieres April 4th with two episodes, Screen Rant has exclusively learned, and will expand the world of Duckburg by introducing more characters from the classic Disney Afternoon line-up. The new season will also feature an all-star cast of guest stars made up of some of the industry’s most prolific voice actors. Based on the classic Uncle Scrooge comics, the original DuckTales animated series premiered in 1987 and detailed the escapades of wealthy adventurer Scrooge McDuck, and his triplet grandnephews, Huey, Dewey and Louie....

This comes after more than 150 employees at the factory were hospitalized for food poisoning over the weekend, leading to protests. Alfonso Ribeiro is filing a lawsuit against Fortnite for using a dance that he created nearly thirty years ago on the sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air referred to as the “Carlton Dance.” The famous dance first appeared in the season 2 episode “Christmas Show,” but became a recurring gag on the show, often involving Tom Jones’ song “It’s Not Unusual.” The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air ran for six seasons from 1990 to 1996, launching the career of Will Smith into the acting spotlight, but it also featured a talented cast that included James Avery, Tatyana Ali, Karyn Parsons, Joseph Marcell, and Daphne Reid....

Friday The 13th character Creighton Duke might be getting a spinoff movie of his own. Duke made his debut in Jason Goes To Hell: The Final Friday, played by actor Steven Williams, as a bounty hunter with intimate knowledge of Jason Voorhees, and someone who seeks to destroy the undead serial killer once and for all. The Final Friday remains a divisive entry in the franchise since it added new elements to the mythology, like Jason being a parasite that can jump from body to body, while classic Jason barely features in the story....

G.I. Joe and The Six Million Dollar Man are coming together for comic book crossover that will be made available for purchase, starting in January 2018. The upcoming special run is another collaboration between IDW and Dynamite Entertainment. The two publishers have melded together other popular franchises with their previous comic book crossover events, including Star Trek and Green Lantern, Big Trouble in Little China and Escape from New York, and Tarzan and Planet of the Apes....
