Twentieth Century Fox seems to be on a roll these days. With X-Men: Apocalypse mostly conquering last weekend’s box office, Deadpool dramatically exceeding expectations, and an exciting list of X-features on the horizon, the studio’s mutant business is clearly booming. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said about their other high-profile Marvel Comics property, as Josh Trank’s maligned Fantastic Four reboot seemed to leave Fox’s hope for a new franchise stranded in the Negative Zone....

Tarek El Moussa, half of the duo that makes up Flip or Flop, is now branching off with his own series Flipping 101 w/ Tarek El Moussa. As a real estate agent and house-flipping expert, Tarek will be taking on teaching novices everything he knows about renovating houses for a profit. Flip or Flop follows Christina Anstead and Tarek El Moussas’ journey as they’d buy, renovate, and sell SoCal properties for a profit....

The long-running and much-beloved sitcom Full House represents an era of television long gone: the days of the wholesome TGIF sitcoms, where there were hugs at the end of every episode, and a meaningful lesson to be learned at every turn. Following the extended Tanner family in their adventures and misadventures throughout life in San Francisco, the series ran for eight seasons and nearly 200 episodes from 1987 to 1995, before launching a Netflix-based spinoff Fuller House in 2016....

Netflix has released the official trailer for its upcoming documentary FYRE: The Greatest Party That Never Happened. During the 2017 music festival disaster, attendees were sold an exclusive luxury event experience in the Bahamas, only to be met with food shortages, shoddy accommodations, extreme weather, and extensive delays getting off the island before the event was finally canceled. When it was first announced, the Fyre Festival - orchestrated by rapper Ja Rule and entrepreneur Billy McFarland - seemed like a winning idea....

James Gunn’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 looks to bring even more characters from the Marvel cosmic universe to the screen for the first time, including Ego the Living Planet and Mantis (who isn’t her usual green self, but instead is closer to her original comic look). In many cases, Gunn has tried his best to bring the comic look of the characters to life as closely as possible. One big exception to this in the original film came in the form of Michael Rooker’s Yondu; his large fin from the comics was replaced with what was essentially a metal ridge along his head....

The opening of Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure at Universal Studios Islands of Adventure has created some logistical issues for the theme park. The Harry Potter-themed ride became one of the most anticipated attractions at Universal Studios Florida soon after fans learned more details about Hagrid’s coaster in February 2019. Not only does the ride take fans on a whirlwind journey through the Forbidden Forest, but it also re-introduces riders to all the magnificent magical creatures from the world of Harry Potter, as well as a fully animated figure of Hagrid....

It’s no question that Dragon Ball Z’s most famous villain is none other than the intergalactic tyrant Frieza. This cruel, ever-transforming monstrosity is known to both casual and hardcore fans, and rightfully so. His iconic looks and abilities, coupled with how integral he is to the plot of the series (and Goku’s growth as a character), have cemented him in the pantheon of ultimate anime villains. He’s so popular that, aside from making cameos throughout the series and films, Toei went above and beyond to create a brand new film just as an excuse to bring him back to life and, most likely, fill their pockets....

Action fans can rejoice now that Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson’s Fast & Furious spin-off, Hobbs and Shaw has set a start date to begin filming. Johnson breathed new life in to the Fast & Furious franchise after joining in Fast 5. After the increased success of each sequel and a cast of hard to contain egos, it’s no surprise that Johnson’s U.S. Diplomatic Security Agent Luke Hobbs would get his own story without his Furious family....

It’s a rare accomplishment for a TV show to be on air for a decade and a half, but ER is one of the few shows that managed to do so. The medical drama was one of the most successful shows in TV history, and it’s characters and storylines had a legitimate cultural impact that viewers and fans still remember today. Because the show was on for such an astonishingly long time, it gave the writers and cast the opportunity to develop fictional relationships with an exceptional amount of complexity, depth, and range....

Since Peter Parker first donned his webs and became Spider-Man in Amazing Fantasy #15, there have been many men and women who have, to one extent or another, followed in his footsteps. As 2016 comes to a close, Warner Bros. has continued to shake up the future of the DC Extended Universe. As they look ahead to releasing Wonder Woman and Justice League next year, 2018 has had more than its fair share of question marks. The Flash was supposed to be the first film out the gate that year, but currently sits without a director or official release date, while Aquaman has been confirmed to get a late 2018 date....

Epic Games have released a new Galaxy skin for players to unlock in Fortnite. One of the most beloved aspects of Fortnite is the degree of customization available to players in relation to their character. New skins come out all of the time, which can be purchased with the games’s in-game currency, V-Bucks. Exclusive skins are also available to Battle Pass owners. For the first time since the Thanos crossover event that was released in the wake of Avengers: Infinity War, Fortnite has turned to space for inspiration....

For fans of Game of Thrones, it’s been an atypically long wait for the new season - but everything we’ve seen so far points towards the delay being well worth it. At Saturday’s San Diego Comic-Con panel, Godzilla: King of the Monsters director Michael Dougherty teased the possibility that the movie could include more monsters beyond the ones already confirmed. The next upcoming film in Legendary and Warner Bros.’ MonsterVerse, King of the Monsters brings back the titular monster along with three other classic kaiju: Rodan, Mothra and King Ghidorah. Fans have been aware that Rodan, Mothra and Ghidorah would be making their MonsterVerse debut ever since the three were teased during a post-credits stinger at the end of Kong: Skull Island....
